and a warm welcome to my new blog. This is my second one - the first one being more serious, architectural and in italian...if interested and italian speaking here it is.
So...what is this new blog about?
I'm an italian architect, I've been living in London since November 2007 - but actually in Hampstead since last year. I really do enjoy the atmosphere up here, particularly during sunny summer weekends; but I can assure you that, even under the snow at 6.30 in the morning it was really pleasant (what I was doing up there, and at that hour...well, next time!).
I went vegan, I'd say, last year, but the process has been slow, so I couldn't say when it exactly happened. Since then, I've been trying out (and enjoying :-P) a huge number of vegan dishes...which I cook in my tiny little Hampstead Kitchen.
